The location worked out pretty well. It was near many restaurants, i tell you. my room had a balcony, i was able to relax there at the end of each day. the staff were great and so easy to talk to, really.
my arrival wasn't recognized, how annoying! the room looked more worn than i expected based on the photos. the balcony gave a view of a busy road. a dingy car park entrance, what a bummer.

Our room had a fridge. This was more useful than a mini bar. Every staff member was friendly. They were helpful and professional. The location was great for the historical center. It was close to shops and restaurants.
The gym equipment was limited. Some of the equipment was not available anymore. i think an update would improve the facilities.

a mediocre stay
uncomfortable bedsterrible lighting
i was pretty annoyed by a couple of things. the double bed was just two single beds pushed together, which wasn't comfortable at all (especially for a couple). these beds slid apart so easily! also, the room lighting was terrible. there was a huge mirror behind a wall, and it was useless since there was no light there.

the staff were amazingly friendly and gave great recommendations. the rooms were modern and had good showers!!! the pool was beautiful. they let me keep my bags without charge as i waited for my checkout, it was very convenient.
the maid service was a bit inconsistent, sometimes missing glasses or not removing dirty dishes.

The room featured two separate sinks. A rainfall shower was also included. The breakfast buffet offered great variety. Staff promptly addressed my requests.
This resulted in noticeable noise early in the morning.

The staff were friendly and helpful giving bus information I found the rooftop pool and bar offered wonderful views of the marina. I also enjoyed seeing the city including the cathedral from that vantage point. My room was large and it featured a balcony complete with sun loungers.
The equipment in the gym was not complete with old equipment. Some of the advertised machines were missing.
